About Me
From small town Oklahoma to big city Los Angeles, and a myriad of stops in between. My childhood was full of digging in dirt mounds, playing in the woods and anything else my imagination could offer up. I was raised by a single mother who taught me how to make a lot out of very little. Our life looked small, but it was full. On the other side of that, there was a reality of being a child who knew not to ask for too much, from a mom who couldn’t afford it and a dad who wanted to but couldn’t be a constant in my life. I’ve devoted the rest of my life to exploring these topics with individuals who are brave enough to take an honest look at themselves and their lives, as I was when I started this work for myself. Through the power of coaching, I’ve come to a place that feels like home. Sitting across from you, listening deep and encouraging you to continue to explore what you’re made of
